My Project setting won't open up. Ive pressed on show all windows and it doesn't show up even tho its saying its there it just invisible

Whilst having Unreal opened in the Dock, right click on it and click on the Tab that is invisible, in your case Project Settings, then go to Window from the Menu on top and select Zoom.
