Launcher keeps crashing when downloading engine Getting Started & Setup

The launcher keeps crashing when downloading UE. There are complaints on forum too: epicgameslauncher crashes often when downloading unrealengine - Feedback & Requests - Epic Developer Community Forums I have already sent that error report more than 20 times.
