My animation looks weird. But why?

Hey everyone, I’m just playing around with animations.

I’m using ALS 4.0 and wanted to add a new animation, or rather a montage. It looks like this:

As you can see, I selected the right slot and my blueprint looks like this:

The animation looks kinda weird though.

What am I doing wrong?
