Animgraph looks okish (if you use Default-Slot)… for testing. But your UpperBody slot is not really UpperBody where you placed it. Your Default-Slot is. You did not show the AnimMontage setup nor how you play the montage (PlayMontage, MontagePlay, …?). If you deal with Client/Server setup keep in mind to probably Multicast your PlayMontage depending from where you start it.
