Multiple Graphics Adapters (related to 4.1 QFE / very low fps rendering)

I‘m using UE 4.27. When I add pixelstreaming plugin ,r.GraphicsAdapter doesn’t work anymore. It seems select the adapter has been decided before It reads config setting . Is it a bug of pixelstreaming plugin ? I submit it as a bug ,but no one replys me

Where are the experts here ? Nobody really doesn’t know how to set the GPU in Unreal Engine ?

Still relevant problem in UE 4.27.2. Does anybody know any fix/workaround for this?
