Is there a way to move props from one level to another? I wish I chose the Tilted map as my base island because many of the static meshes for the side walks aren’t easily available from the content drawer. I added tilted as another level so is there a way to bring what I want from there to my existing map?
I’m sure this is not possible but is there a way to get the base island from tilted to my island I already started? I like the base landscape and I’m not very good at landscaping. Or is there a way to export it into a heightmap maybe?
It’s easy to move items from one level to another by following these steps:
- Open the level containing the props you want to move.
- In the Outliner, select all the assets (props or devices) you want to move.
- Copy or cut the selected assets as per your requirement.
- Open your base level where you want the props to be.
- In the Outliner, right-click on the level name and select “Paste”.
By following these steps, you should be able to move your items seamlessly between levels.

Thank you very much! I’ve been working with UEFN since August, so I’m not too good yet. So what do you mean by outliner? Not the content drawer or details panel right? I understand how to copy just wondering exactly where to paste them?
Just did this and this video was super helpful… https://youtube.com/shorts/LXxcHVTV7Jw?si=8K0L7NyRfWt6ZI1J
