Hi, Platypus. These steps worked for me in this order.
Moving Projects

• Close Epic Games Launcher.

• Copy C:\Users\[name]\Documents\Unity Projects to D:\UnrealEngine\Unreal Projects.

• Open Epic Games Launcher.
-
• My Projects will have disappeared.
-
• Navigate to D:\Unity Projects.
-
• Double-click on each Project (.uproject).
-
• The project will be loaded and then appear in the list of My Projects in Epic Games Launcher.
-
• Close Project.
-
• Delete/archive C:\Users\[name]\Documents\Unity Projects when your projects are verified working.
Moving Engine on Windows 8.1

• Copy C:\Program Files\Epic Games to D:\Epic Games (21+ GB)
-
• Right click on Epic Games Launcher in Start Menu > Open File Location.

• Right click on Epic Games Launcher program and click on Properties.

• Open Epic Games Launcher.

• Does a check for update.

• Message: Project files not associated

○ uproject files are not associated with this Launcher. Would you like to associate them now?

○ Choose Fix Now.

○ User Asset Controller window may appear. Choose Continue.
- • Close Epic Games Launcher.
- • Restart your computer.
- • Open Epic Games Launcher.
- • Under Unreal Engine tab, click on Repair for your UE version.

○ Click on it until Queued.

○ It'll then say Verifying.
- • Good to go!
Downloading from Marketplace
- • Click on Free/Buy button then the Download button.
- • Files are downloaded to new D:\Epic Games\Launcher\VaultCache
