I only have one pack by these guys and its not this one. I haven’t posted any feedback yet as I haven’t used it the way I want to at the moment. I tried a few anims out and they work fine. I believe I also noticed that some root anims dont work right. I chalked it up to me not knowing how to implement root anims properly. Ive had that problem since day 1. I’ve tried following epic guides but my char always snaps back to original position after the anim plays. I donno if its me or the anim so I don’t comment on it yet. Slight issues with my pack though is that some are “in place” anims yet they do slowly move even so. I can remove the keys in 3d software to change this and re-export but its annoying.
That aside, the animations are pretty good and I like that they go for themed packs and try to add some uniqueness but like I said I haven’t played with them enough yet, just used the few that I needed for a specific scene so far. One thing I an definitely attest to 100% is that the support is really quick. IF you email them directly, you’ll get a response that day or the next. The first reply often comes with the solution instructions but also with example files or help, providing your issue allows for it. Maybe other people tried contacting them and they didnt get their messages through. I’d hope everyone would attempt to at least contact the seller first before posting frustrations publicly, it’s only fair. I sent an email from my personal domain and it seemed to get through no problem so while I can’t speak for the root motion issues, I can say for sure the support from these guys is here, at least it was for me.
