To build es31 dependency you must change these line under
[/Script/AndroidRuntimeSettings.AndroidRuntimeSettings] in “%PATH_TO_SOURCE%\Engine\Config\BaseEngine.ini” to
bBuildForES2=false
bBuildForES31=true
rebuild the Development solution Win64 for UBT and build the Tegra-Android solution (shipping, development ecc).
