I think the issue is the moving car. Moving objects are going to really confuse the alignment, but if they are unavoidable, it is a good idea to mask them out. You can do this by creating a black and white image, named myimage.jpg.mask.png and putting it in the same folder as your inputs, make sure the car area is blacked out and the rest is white, something like this.
You probably don’t need to use quite so many of your video frames, your images are a little close together, and this will save you quite a lot of work as you will need to make these masks manually.
Edit: just to clarify, i would re-process the video, then go to the folder that RC creates from the video with the stills in, make your masks, and put them in that folder, then make a new project, and use the image folder with the masks and not the video.
