Hi I figured it out: when you re-align the images, a whole new set of components are created, with an index added to them. So if you had:
Component 0
Component 1
Component 2
Component 3
Component 4
And you you managed to bring that back to two, that you component list will look like this:
Component 0
Component 1
Component 2
Component 3
Component 4
Component 0 (1)
Component 1 (1)
You’ll have to manually delete the “old” components.
