(MegaGrant) Iliad : Intelligent Layered Imaging Architecture for Drawing.

Hi everyone ! Good news : ILIAD v_02 is available for Windows on UE 4.24.

Important note : In ILIAD v01, Odyssey brushes were a specific asset based on BP. With v02, Odussey brushes are now 100% BP, which means we had to redo the a new pack of brushes. It also means brushes made with 4.23 are not compatible (you must redo them for 4.24). We’re sorry for the inconvenience : we promise it won’t change anymore !

We’re very happy to announce that 18k accounts across the world has downloaded ILIAD ! This is amazing, thank you so much !

New video, about how to easily split RGB channels from a texture and use them in a material :

ILIAD 0.6 for Unreal 4.26 is available !

New Features :
• ILIAD Drawing Viewport Editor : you can now edit any static mesh and paint on their texture directly from Unreal Engine Viewport ! It’s been a long and tough piece of work, but it brings a whole new set of possibilities. We hope you’ll like it !
• ILIAD Flipbook Editor : edit Flipbooks with ILIAD and make 2D animations in Unreal Engine
• New Texture panel to choose the size + the name + Color model + Channel depth of your new Texture Asset + Background color (Transparent, White or Purple). Available formats : Grey 8 (only grey value in 8 bit), BGRA 8 (Blue Green Red Alpha in 8 bit), BGRE 8 (Blue Green Red Exponent in 8 bit), RGBA 16 (Red Green Blue Alpha in 16 bit) and RGBA 16 F (Red Green Blue Alpha in 16 bit float).

We’re glad to announce we have just released our first pack onUnreal Engine Marketplace!

This pack contains an updated version of 120 brushes made between February 2020 et January 2021 on Patreon. They are all compatible on Iliad 0.6, blueprints haven been enhanced and some brushes even get extra features.

The brush pack will be your best friend if you’ve always wanted to paint, draw, sketch and design images on Unreal Engine. Plus, it is a great way to support Praxinos team and our work to compensate the fact Iliad’s free of charge.

Many have asked and are worrying about it, so I’m going to share the information.
Iliad is already working in UE5 here @Praxinos.
We will update it when possible in the marketplace, indeed we are still improving some of its core features.
