Completed in 1929, 205 West Wacker is a 23-storey Art Deco building located on Wacker Drive in the West Loop, Chicago.
The office tower once known as the Engineering Building at Wacker Drive and Wells Street was designed by the Burnham Brothers architecture firm. The Burnham brothers, the sons of Daniel Burnham and prominent architects in their own right, are better known for the Carbide & Carbon Building at 230 N. Michigan Ave., which is now a Hard Rock hotel.
