Mac Mini or New Machine to Unreal Engine

My experience is that UE4 editor is still pretty slow on the mac (MBP with gt 650m) I am sure it will improve over time.

But UE4 on the PC is awesome.

For now, use a PC to develop your game and use a mac for deployment.
