Check the folders in your Fortnite Projects folder, if you have any folders of the same name as the ones you can’t sync, close UEFN and then move those folders out of Fortnite Projects(just in case ???) or delete them if you used Check-in Changes often enough. Open UEFN and hopefully any references…
