I’m unable to make purchases on fab.com,I get the error “Looks like something went wrong. For your protection, this transaction has been declined. Please try another card or other payment methods.”

Steps to Reproduce

Put a item of the shoping cart and checkout, choose credit/debit payment option, populate the fields and make a payment.

Expected Result

Successful payment because the card has money.

Observed Result

I get the error “Looks like something went wrong. For your protection, this transaction has been declined. Please try another card or other payment methods.”

I’'m unable to buy assets in the store. Could one please assist?

Include transaction id, time ,card type to help them pinpoint the issue in the payment process.

Do include also that your card is working on other platform and have enough fund.

You might as well try to pay with paypal, usually it cause less issues.
