For anyone else that runs into this problem, I managed to fix it by: resetting Windows firewall rules restarting machine when opening Maya/Mobu/UE4 windows firewall will ask for permissions, give it both Private and Public (not sure this was actually the issue, but it fixed it for me) [265065-liv…

I had same problem and can confirm ‘UDP Messaging’ plugin is required
