When I extend my license for 7 days again, I get the successfully extended window. But after that the program is stuck. the “Close” button isn’t responding.
The only way to get out of it is to CRTL-ALT-DEL and kill the program,and then restarting it…

what version and license of RealityCapture do you use? Can you please share a screenshot of the window that is stuck? Are you able to use the application after you restart it?
