Do you need to work offline? If not I do not recommend offline activation, I can see you have a floating license there, so just open RC and login with the same login details you are using on the website and you will be offered to use all the available licenses.
If you do need to use RC off line then you can get your unlock bin by launching RC on your PC with the internet disconnected, then you will be given the option to create the unlock.bin. But remember if you choose to use offline activation the license will be locked to that specific machine for the activation period you select.
