Sorry you’re having some trouble getting started with editor on your Macs. Can you give us system specs for each Mac, and specifically where in process install stops working? You can find information about Macs by going to Apple Menu, About This Mac, and just copy information there (minus serial number).
Even with a cancelled subscription, you should still have access to engine version at time you initially subscribed, so you can still redownload installer for both systems if you need to. Let’s see if we can get you up and running!
