I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this problem, and thank you for attaching the logs. To be clear, you receive this “Unreal Engine has stopped working” message after you run the “Unreal Engine” shortcut on your desktop (to UnrealEngineLauncher.exe) and the Launcher never actually manages to open, correct?
Have you tried restarting your computer, and/or uninstalling and reinstalling the application?
If neither of the above works for you, please let us know, and also please attach your system’s DXDiag report.
