Your screenshot shows that explorer.exe is what’s crashing and your logs indicate that it can’t seem to install where ever it’s being pointed to. Can you try these possible solutions and see if they work for you?

Install and open the launcher as an Administrator

Check your User Account Control Settings and lower the threshold
-
Try installing in the default location if possible if you have not tried that already.
I have other possible solutions but I want to see if these easier solutions fix you first.
