From your provided screenshots, Nanite is adjusting the geo according to distance, thus modifying the landscape, but it should affect the spline. Unless, the spline also has Nanite enabled, in which case, I would either adjust the nanite settings for the spline alone, so it alters less with distance, or switch the spline to use a fixed LOD, so it keeps its shape regardless of camera position.
