Landscape shake on camera when move with camera

hello , as the title，the landscape shaked when I moved the camera，It even has a wave when shake happens and the wave cannt be recorded in the video。 I’m using virtual texture in the material of landscape。Is this a config problem?

So，I solved this problem by simply setting r.VSync=1，that’s typical Screen Tearing.And I‘m looking for better solution.
