I have the same problem. At least the new scene based on a landscape does not allow you to resize. Probably because of the landscape streaming but I haven’t looked into it yet.
Why I ended up here is that even when I create a new landscape I cannot resize it. The resolution is greyed out and I’m pretty sure I was able to change it before:
