Landscape Grass Output mesh placement

The above posted image is from Preview 2 with the patched usf. I did NOT run flush cache though. I am running UE4 on a Mac Pro model 6,1 with dual D700s. I loaded that same project I shared with you, again, in 4.8 preview 2 with the patched files (you’ll recall that if the file isn’t patched then the grass doesn’t spawn on the surface), then ran grass.flushcache. No perceivable difference.

Still getting random spawns in the air. If it helps, it only seems to be spawning at the edge of the landscape… Perhaps it’s a grass map resolution or mip mapping issue? Please let me know if there are any other tests I can run. Cheers,
