Updated Answer to for the question above Support for older versions than 4.26 is not planned except if more people wish for it.
Updated Answer to for the question above FPlatformApplicationMisc::ClipboardCopy() and FPlatformApplicationMisc::ClipboardPaste() is deprecated and doesnt exists in the latest versions. Also, this plugin is made for blueprint users, not C++ users.
