Issue on ground speed

Hi everyone,
I am on 5.6 and i was following some tutorial to blendspace but i have a problem.

Since we have the ground speed divide by running speed who is set by default at 600, our speed will be like 0.1645 that made strafe blendspace look awfull even if i scale it between -1 and 1.

So i was asking myself if this was a mistake made by UE dev or if it on purpose, how can i/we scale blendspace animation.

So i just go seek how it was on previous version and rebuild like it was.
Would be cool if UE team could look at it
