Is UE4 4.11 need the KB3033929 patch in win7 x64 sp1?

If you are using Windows 7 you will need to have Service Pack 1 installed for UE4 to work properly.

You can obtain SP1 from here:

Make sure to select Windows 7 in the drop down box, then follow the links below.
