It works on per actor basic by default. Since this an experimental feature, dynamic toggling is not exposed to BPs (yet, one would hope). But you can do it via C++.
And misuses, as per the notorious offender list:
- flooding the latent system via Tick
- running timers between the (60, let’s say) frames
Meh.
