If you have an iPhone X or later / iPad 3rd gen or newer, the device comes with IR/LiDAR cameras made for motion capture, and you will have no problem finding a suite of mocap tools. Just remember that visual-based motion capture will always be a little worse than full-body tracking, and may require cleanup.
New AI technology has opened up mocapping to Android and traditional webcam devices, however most of these features are experimental / not the best quality.

Also keep in mind that the new UR 5.6 release comes embedded with camera-to-engine mocap tools that so far seem very promising.
