UDK didnt have ctf mode, the UT demo inside it had. Same goes with UE4, you need to create CTF game mode first . I guess you should be interested in new unreal tournament project, check the forums fo details. They dont have CTF game mode yet, but nothing stops you to make ctf map, you can put fals at the end like a carry on cake
