I can tell you this, UE4 can “run” on very low hardware that most people don’t even expect to run, i’m running it on Core2Quad Q9300 and GF9600GT… this is not a joke. So if you ask if you spec gonna “run” the UE4? Defenitly without slight issue. So it’s only matter of how fast it will run and how comftible it will be for you and whatever something is “enough” here depends on your preference. You definitely able to develop something on UE4 with that spec… definitly in better envrament then on my current PC (which i upgrade very soon ;p)
But considering you plan of devlop something on Android aspecially if it’s ES2 you should be fine with that spec , the spec mention above run early mobile demos even in 50FPS (since my laucher broke i didnt test any more demos). UE4 eats a lot of ram it’s main performance killer if you have small ram i got 4GB and it’s not enough, it kills other application momentarily, not sure if 8GB will do the job enough.
