Internet connection super slow when using unreal engine

I Managed to solve it by doing the following

1 - block all firewall inbound & outbound access to
Unreal engine launcher
Unreal engine editor
Swarm agent
All of those can be found in the x86 program files by epic games folder

2: added those lines to the DefaultEngine.ini file can be seen more here

ChunkDownloads=2
ChunkRetries=20
RetryTime=1

3: made sure to uncheck the option called “Network boost” in legion vantage app (if you have a legion pc at all)
