Bought the inferno pack 2 days ago and right off the bat after buying it I didn’t receive the skin nor the challenges . So I restart the app , that didn’t work . I restart my PS4 , reboot the app still nothing … later on in the day I get a message saying there is a problem that some people were having with the pack and to restore licenses then reboot the game to correct the problem and receive the pack … I do that and it works , for a while … I get off the game to relax for a bit , go back on after a few hours to find out that I don’t have the pack once again ! All this time dealing with this crap I could’ve been completing challenges for the pack . I want a refund ! Last pack I’m ever buying … I’ve been playing since the beginning and never have I run into such a horrible problem …
