Indie studio looking for NSFW 3D modeller / animator [Rev share]

We’re currently working on a space game and need a 3D artist who knows how create and animate NSFW models. They are a cross between Anime and Barbarella and will be both clothed & if the player does well, bare.
If you have examples of your work, or know someone who may be interested, that would be very useful.

Kiss My Assteroid (title subject to change) is an open-world space game that combines the retro arcade combat of Asteroids with the trading / exploration elements of Elite Dangerous. Rescue people and return them to their families for rewards (money and physical) or keep them on your ship to enjoy later!
The game features simplified physics-based movement, fast-paced dogfights, asteroid mining, and an economic loop.
Presented in a 2D top-down view using 3D assets, the style is 1950s pinups / muscle car style space vehicles & ships / 2001 : A Space Odyssey style interiors / zero g pleasure cabins.
Target release is on Itch.io, with plans for Steam Early Access. This is a hobby / indie project with the goal of building toward a Patreon-supported full release.
We are looking for a character artist and an animator (both in one would be great) for planned 18+ gameplay loop / cut scenes in Unreal Engine 5. First we are focusing on a “work safe” part of the game, so we have the fun aspect in place. The next phase is to add 18+ gameplay – i.e. characters and animations.
Key Features:
● Arcade-style space combat with simplified physics
● Procedurally consistent and huge galaxy map
● Shoot asteroids for gems and sell for credits
● Buy ship upgrades / simple economy
● Stylized 3D art rendered on a 2D plan, possible use of cell shaders
● Planned 18+ gameplay but at the beginning this will just be nice looking npcs / non-explicit animations

3D artist with a background in mods for games e.g Skyrim / Blade and Scorcery

Talent Required:
3D Character Artist (1)
● Design and model stylized humanoid NPCs (space traders, pirates, station crew)

● Experience with low-poly or stylized design preferred (Anime meets Barbarella in space suits)

● Experience in Unreal Engine

● Royalty share of all sales

Character Animator (1)
● Create stylized animations for characters and creatures

● Animations needed for idle, walk, interact, basic emotes

● Rigging experience & Unreal Engine workflow knowledge

● Royalty share of all sales

Planned (Technical) Character Setup:
● Characters will use PBR, so baking ambient, metallic, specular, AO textures
● We want to use “modular” material setup, so texture masks, vertex shading etc
● Requirement for morph targets
● Rigging and skinning for models
● Soft body setup for certain mesh features and hair
● Adding modular outfits
● We think using metahuman as technical base (skeleton) is our best bet for now
