Incompatible Assets

I’m sorry to hear you’re having this issue. If you could please send me an email to this address: marketplace-support@unrealengine.com to the following information:

-The details of the issue

-The name of the asset pack

-The details of you correspondence with the seller (when you contacted them)

Once we get this e-mail we’ll contact the seller on our end and try to get him to resolve this issue. We’ll give him a few days to respond, if he doesn’t then we’ll go ahead and process your refund if we haven’t found a resolution to your issue. Please let me know if you have any questions.
