Ah, I figured it out.
I bet your Windows Scaling is set high. (Right click on desktop → Display → Scale)
A bug was reported for this a while ago, but it looks like a bug ticket was never made for it.
On my 2560 x 1440 monitor, anything 200% and above will not allow those to be shown.
