Are you sure that left image is “imported in 2024” ?
The only material that seems correct between the two versions of TM is the ceiling.
How are your materials on right image defined ?
In any case, ensure to NOT paint your groups and components ‘globally’: double-click each group/component and paint the faces in their context.
Also beware of the front and back materials of your faces.
