Imported animation on Metahuman Skeleton different behavior from baked fbx

Hello, I am working in Maya with a Metahuman on aim offsets animation. Before exporting I am baking down the keys to the joints and then export.
Once in Unreal 5.2 I imported it targeting the metahuman base skeleton.
As you can see the behavior from the source fbx baked and the animation asset is pretty different, the hands in the source fbx file are not moving, while once imported the hands seems to have a constraint to the spine and slide instead of staying steady.
Could you tell me what could cause this issue? Maybe I have to check something in the properties?
