Importing of a point cloud into RealityCapture is quite quick (but you need to have a terrestrial laser scan). After import you can set the reconstruction region just over the wanted part and then process just that part your the mesh.
It is also possible to import cut point cloud, but this has to be done outside of RealityCapture in some 3rd party application.
