Hello guys, I really need your help !
I’d like to import a character with multiples animations (Idle, Run etc…). I made 2 animations in 3DS Max and i’ve exported them separately. When I imported them into TwinMotion, the animation played nicely BUT the name of the animation was wrong, it imported two objects with one animation each and “Add to user Library” was greyed out.
I asked an AI to explain how to, export a single skeletal mesh with several animations. It answered me to use Unreal, to make an Animation Blueprint using a State Machine and export the Skeletal Mesh with the Blueprint Assigned blablabla… I did exactly what it asked and yet, when I imported my skeletal mesh (exported from UE5) into TwinMotion, no animation was recognized…
Does anyone know how to import how to import a single mesh with multiples animations like the “Animated Humans” in TwinMotion with categories like “Pose”? “Animations” etc… Please I know it’s possible because in the official Animation Overview, the dog contains several animations but only one file was imported !
