IK retargeter not working correctly

Hello,

I have some problem with retargeter. The target IK rig has a different animation with source IK rig. Here are some screenshots:

This is source IK rig chain:

This is what I see in retargeter, and two arms are totally in wrong positions.

I’m pretty fresh to rig and retargeter. That would be great if someone can help
