If my income is less than $1 million, do I need to pay 5% of the authorization fee?

Count all of your income on all platforms. If it’s > 1mil, then pay 5% to Epic.

The deal you have with selling platforms is a separate thing. For instance, Steam take 1/3. This has nothing to do with Epic.
