I’m using it quite happily on a 5 year old system with 4GB Ram (DDR2) and ATI HD4650 2GB (both memory and GFX well below UE specs), so you shouldn’t have any real problems at all IMO! I even get pretty decent framerate and things like the new dynamic shadows work just fine (actually much better than waiting for light rebuilds of static shadows!)
