I recently lost all my progress in a Uefn map is happened on 4/24, I contacted the map creator and they said it was a epic issue. i brought up the recent player persistence data loss form and the creator said its for the whole player base not just one person. And it was from a specific date, and that date was after you lost yours. Soo I asking if anything can be recovered. I was directed to the forums and I was told that there’s not much epic staff there to help me.

Trying to understand, why not using backup ? Why not using SCM ? There are plenty of rich tools available for that. Why you don’t secure your work ?
I dont think you get my point im the player in the creator Uefn map and i loaded into it and half my progress reset so i thought let me go into another match and then it completely wiped my data.

It might have been related to this issue. If the creator filled out that form, I assume that your progress would have been rolled back to a time just before this data loss occurred.
What map is this on?
You said that half of your progress reset - I’d let the map creator know the specifics of that for the chance that they’d be able to find some correlation about the specific things that got reset.
They already know, but you can try its mrmonkeyfn, map code 2612-6741-8261 i’ve told them to fill out the form not sure if they did.
