Hi, Thank you for your asking. It is solved already thanks to you guys especially Mr. Morgan C. of Epic games who assisted me all the way. Apparently UnrealDatasmithSketchUpExporter_5_3_2.msi is dependent on previously installed msi file (which should be the same exact version) to continue installing successfully. I guest its about uninstalling the previous version that allows the update, and now its working well. Lesson is I need to keep previous version of Sketchup Import installers (UnrealDatasmithSketchUpExporter_4_27_1.msi) and avoid deleting during disk cleanup. Case solved! Thank you guys!
