I can't download Fab plugin for Unreal Engine

I have the same problem. That diagnostic PowerShell script didn’t list any files. And I don’t want to uninstall the editor, because then I’d have to spend several hours downloading it again on my extremely slow internet connection. Is there another way to solve this?
