“UATHelper: Packaging (Windows): ‘dotnet’ is not recognized as an internal or external command” is standing out to me.
Try downloading .NET 3.1
Edit: It turns out I was encountering this error myself, Installing .NET 3.1 and then restarting my PC resolved it!
