The issue is “error: Linking globals named ‘_Z14UELinkerFixupsv’: symbol multiply defined!”, which comes from using plugins in the source project. There is a current problem that plugins do not compile properly to HTML5, but they fail with that error. I don’t know if there is a fix yet though.
